Heating Instructions

If delivered frozen: This meal can be frozen for up to a months.Defrost in the microwave if heating straight from freezer or defrost thoroughly in the fridge before heating.  Microwave until piping hot throughout.

If delivered chilled: Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.  Heat thoroughly in the microwave until piping hot throughout.
