- Tamu Tamu meals are freshly made at home, the ingredients we use come from factories that handle other allergens, please read our allergens information before placing an order.
- Whilst we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen free due to the risk of cross contamination.
- If you have any dietary requirements, we ask you to consider our allergen information before placing an order.
- Although we take great care to remove all bones from meat products that don't include bones in ingredients section, some may remain, please bear this in mind.
- To prevent wastage and incurring losses, once an order has been placed, we are unable to give a refund.
The only exception we will consider a refund is when we are at fault. - Prices are likely to change without notice.
- Our drivers only deliver to the main door/main reception.
- It is your responsibility to be present to receive your order, you may incur a delivery charge if our driver has to redeliver.
